Avv. Vittorio Tadei

Vittorio Tadei graduated in Law cum laude at the Università La Sapienza in Rome in December 1980.

He obtained an M.C.L. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1983 and for the following two years he practiced as visiting foreign lawyer with a major international law firm in Los Angeles.

Admitted to the Bar in 1987.

He started the legal profession as associate, and later became partner and of counsel, with the same Italian law firm as Ennio Cicconi and Raffaella Fantozzi, sharing with them several professional experiences.

In 2024, he joined CF LAW – Studio Legale Cicconi Fantozzi as of counsel. This has led to the reformation of a team of professionals with extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, litigation, finance, extraordinary transactions and contracts.

Vittorio has assisted Italian and foreign entities in domestic and international transactions involving the acquisition and sale of equity interests and assets, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions in various industries, including engineering, food, agriculture, hospitality, automotive, media, defence, medical devices, steel, air transportation services, information technology, sportswear, fashion, ceramics and building materials, chemicals and telecommunications networks.

He has dealt with corporate governance issues, shareholder relations, functioning of governing and supervisory bodies and disputes arising from the acquisition of companies.

He has advised in the area of commercial law.
