Degree in Law cum laude at the Università La Sapienza of Roma in 1995.

LL.M. with merit in banking and financial law at the University of London, Queen Mary & Westfield College in 1996.

Admitted to the Bar in 1998. 

Raffaella started her professional activity as associate in one of the most prominent Italian law firm in 1996, becoming counsel in 2014.

In 2018 she founded, together with Ennio Cicconi, the firm CF LAW – Studio Legale Cicconi Fantozzi.

She is specialised in banking and financial law, equity and debt capital market, derivatives, regulation of financial markets.

She advised, on contractual and regulatory matters, banks, asset management companies, insurance companies, payment service institutions and listed companies.

She has a strong competence with private equity funds, having assisted some of the most important Italia asset managers in the institution, structuring and fund raising of their funds and in the ongoing regulatory assistance.

With Ennio Cicconi, she assisted important foreign and Italian banks in litigation, also in the civil and criminal proceedings, originated by the most relevant company crisis occurred in the Italian market.
